This executive styled house would ideally suit for the
representative business use as well as for the big family. Living area
is approx 380m2 and it is in two floors. In the ground floor there are

department about 16m2, toilet, house hold, 18m2 of terrace and 12m2 warm
balcony.
In the second floor there is the spacious lounge, master and two smaller
bedrooms, built wardrobe, toilet and large terrace. There are also lots

The excellent kitchen is extremely functional with modern appliances, stainless steel fridge, freezer and owen. The dish washer is intergrated to the furniture and the cupboards are specially made for this house. This kitchen is a dream come true and every one is able to cook like a professional!
Alakerran korkeat kookkaat salit tuovat ylellistä tilaa oleskeluun ja
edustamiseen. Huonekorkeus on alakerrassa 3,7m.

Todella tilava sauna lämpenee Harvian tehokkaalla 11kW kiukaalla.
Kylpyhuone on varusteltu kahdella suihkulla. Saunaosaston yhteydessä on
kodinhoitohuone, jossa on Mielen pesutorni; pyykinpesukone sekä
kuvausrumpu. Kodinhoitohuoneen runsaat säilytystilat ja tilavuus
takaavat suurenkin perheen kodinhoidon sujuvan kitkatta.
Kodinhoitohuoneesta on myös suora kulku ulos.
The spacious, electrically heated sauna is designed
to serve in daily use if you´d like. The sauna heater represents
the highest technical quality and it is manufactured by
Harvia.
The heater brings also a touch of stylish design to this sauna and
provides a truly refreshing sauna experience.
The sauna is naturally connected to the bathroom with two showers. The
room for house hold is also close to the sauna department, so it is easy
and comfortable to take care of laundry etc. There´s also an access
to the backyard.
Talossa on kolme takkaa; yksi olohuoneessa, yksi takkahuoneessa ja
yksi yläkerran suuressa makuuhuoneessa. Takkahuoneen puiset norsutuolit
ovat Etelä-Afrikasta. Huoneen sisustukseen kuuluu mm. myös afrikkalaista
perua olevat veistokset.
There are three fireplaces in the house. The glow
of fire has brought safety, warmth and cosy atmosphere into Finnish
homes forever. Also in modern homes the living fire creates a warm and
relaxing. The furniture in this room is from South-africa.
Yläkerrassa on kolme makuuhuonetta, yksi todella suuri ja kaksi
pienempää. Suurimman makuuhuoneen yhteydessä on tilava kylpyhuone/wc ja
huoneessa on oma takka. Bambukalustus on indonesialaista alkuperää.
Kultainen käsituoli kutsuu istahtamaan syliinsä. Yläkerrassa on myös
toinen erillinen wc sekä vaatehuone.
There are three bedrooms in second floor; one
master bedroom with it´s own bathroom, toilet and fireplace and two
smaller ones. There´re also the very spacious lounge, toilet, built
wardrobe and large balcony with great view.
