Vuonna 1872 rakennettu kulttuurihistoriallinen Isoharjula sijaitsee 1km päässä Jyväskylän ydinkeskustasta, loistavalla paikalla nelostien kupeessa. toteuttamisessa on vaalittu jyhkeän hirsirunkoisen rakennuksen henkeä
mahdollisimman tarkoin. Saneeraus on suoritettu nykypäivän
rakennusmääräyksiä noudattaen ja talon henki on säilynyt uudistuksista
huolimatta.
Saneerauksen yhteydessä on rakennettu koneellinen
ilmanvaihtojärjestelmä. Talossa on myös kolme takkaa.
Sähkötyöt, vesi- ja viemärijärjestelmät ja antenniverkko on uusittu.
Kiinteistössä on WLAN langaton verkko sekä verkkokaapeloitu
huonekohtainen atk-, puhelin- ja tv-järjestelmä. Talossa on myös
hälytys- ja palovaroitinjärjestelmä.
The House is fully renovated since 2003. The spirit of the old house has been hold well despite of the complete repair. The renovation has been done by the book of today´s instruction.
The heating and reverse air condition system was renewed concurrently the renovation. There are three fireplace in the house. Electricity-, water- and drainage- and antenna systems are renewed. The property also has WLAN, cable tv and phone access and cable computer network in every room. There´s also the security system and smoke detector.
Sisustuksessa on käytetty vain korkeatasoisia materiaaleja.
Isoharjula on merkitty asemakaavaan suojeltavaksi kohteeksi.
